Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
